Defective devices can be sent to us without an RMA number.
Make sure that the items are well packed so that they are not damaged during transport. Please provide us with a description of the error and a contact person.

Offer and order

As soon as we have received and checked the device, we will send you an offer, if there are no warranty claims.

Where do I send my defective devices?

Defective devices can be sent without an RMA number to the following address:

Return concept

You have the option of sending in your devices for repair. If the repair exceeds the new value of a device, you will be contacted in advance and informed about possible alternatives. The identified old device, which is no longer repairable, can be handed over to us for disposal. If devices have been identified directly by the customer as old devices, they can also send them to the manufacturer for disposal. The return point corresponds to the company address.
